What we collect
What you type into a form. Our callback and application forms ask for your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the free text boxes. That is sent to our own server (hosted with Railway) and synced into our customer records (Airtable). Nothing else on this site captures what you do.
Payment details, which we never see. Payments run through Stripe. Your card number never touches our systems. Stripe handles card data under its own privacy terms and sends us confirmation of the purchase, your name, your email address and the amount paid.
Standard server logs. Our web server records ordinary request information such as IP address, time and page requested, so the site stays up and we can spot abuse.
What you send us directly. If you email us or book a call, we keep the conversation and any notes from it.
Course delivery information. If you enroll, we hold your contact details, your payment plan status, session attendance, and anything you share in the community or in a session.
Third parties embedded on this site
A few things on this site are loaded from other companies. When your browser loads them, it talks to those companies directly.
- Google Fonts. Our typefaces load from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which means Google receives the request, including your IP address.
- Calendly. Our booking page embeds a Calendly scheduling window. If you book a call, Calendly collects what you enter into it and applies its own privacy terms.
- Stripe. The enroll buttons take you to a checkout page hosted by Stripe. Everything you enter there is handled by Stripe.
Our testimonial videos are hosted by us on our own server, so watching one does not report you to YouTube or anyone else.
Why we are allowed to use it
- To perform our contract with you. Taking payment, giving you access, running the sessions, answering your questions.
- Legitimate interests. Replying to enquiries, running the callback and application process, keeping records of who asked us for what, keeping the site secure. We have weighed this against your rights and privacy.
- Consent. Marketing emails that are not part of something you bought. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
- Legal obligation. Tax and accounting records we are required to keep.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that never become a purchase: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.
- Customer records: for the length of the program plus six years from the end of the tax year of your purchase, because UK tax law requires it.
- Marketing list: until you unsubscribe, plus a minimal record so we do not email you again by accident.
- Email threads and call notes: up to 24 months.
- Server logs: a short rolling window, typically no more than 30 days.
Who else sees it
Our service providers, and only so they can do the job we hired them for: hosting, customer records, email, payments, scheduling, and the community platform used by enrolled students. Our accountants see what they need for the books. We hand over information where the law requires it. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not build advertising profiles.
Sending data outside the UK
We are a UK company and most of our buyers are in the United States and the United Kingdom. Several of the providers we use are based in the United States or store data there. Where personal data leaves the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision where one exists, or on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the Standard Contractual Clauses, so your data keeps its protection wherever it sits.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, ask for it in a portable format, and object to us using it. You can object to direct marketing at any time and we will stop. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it.
Email info@aiprofits.club and we will answer within one month. There is nothing to pay.
If you are not happy with our answer
Tell us first and we will try to fix it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. If you are in the European Economic Area, you can complain to your own national supervisory authority instead.
A few other things
No automated decisions. We do not make decisions about you by algorithm alone, and we do not profile you.
Not for children. This program is sold to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Security. We keep access to customer records limited to the people who need it and use reputable providers. No system is perfect, so if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you and tell the regulator where we are required to.
Changes. If we change this policy, we will change the date below. If the change is significant and you are an active student or subscriber, we will email you.
