Terms and Conditions

1. What you are buying

AI Accelerator LIVE is an eight week live online education program. It includes:

• Six live build sessions on Zoom
• Three bonus masterclasses
• Recordings of the live sessions
• Access to the student community for the duration of the program
• Downloadable prompt and skill resources

The cohort runs from 6 October to 10 November 2026. Everything is delivered online. Nothing physical is shipped. Session times are published before the cohort starts and are the same every week.

2. How the contract is made

You place an order at checkout, which is hosted by Stripe. That is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we accept it by emailing your confirmation and access details. If we cannot accept, for example because the cohort is full, we will tell you and refund you in full.

3. Price, currency and tax

The Cohort 4 case-study rate is $2,500 USD. The list price is $5,000 USD. There is also a payment plan of three monthly payments of $997 USD.

All prices are in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Any sales tax or VAT we are required to charge is included in that figure and shown on your receipt. We do not add anything afterwards. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fee, which is between you and them.

4. Payment plan

If you choose the plan, the first payment is taken at checkout and the remaining two are taken automatically by Stripe on the same date in each of the following two months, using the card you paid with. The plan is the full price spread over three months. It is not a subscription you can stop early and keep access to.

If a payment fails, we will email you and try again. If it is still unpaid 14 days after we tell you, we may pause your access until it is settled. Once all three payments are complete, your access is not conditional on anything else.

5. Refunds and guarantees

To claim the money-back guarantee, email info@aiprofits.club within 14 days of your purchase. We refund to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of you telling us. If you are on the payment plan, we cancel the remaining payments and refund what you have paid so far.

Outside those 14 days, fees are not refundable, except where the law says otherwise or where we cancel. If we cancel the cohort or move it to different dates, you choose: a place on the next cohort, or a full refund.

Your statutory cancellation rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the equivalent rules in your country.

Because we start giving you access as soon as you enroll, which is the point of buying, you are asked to agree that supply begins during that 14-day window. Under those Regulations, asking us to start can reduce or remove the statutory cancellation right once the service has been fully performed, and once you have started downloading digital content having acknowledged that.

In practice this changes nothing for you. Our own 14-day guarantee is at least as generous as the statutory minimum and we honour it whether or not you have already started, attended, or downloaded anything. And if the statutory right would give you more than our guarantee in your particular situation, you get the statutory right. It is not reduced by anything on this page.

6. The case-study rate

The case-study rate of $2,500 is offered on one condition: you agree that we may share your build and your results as a case study. That means your name, your business, the sales page you build, and things you say in sessions or in a testimonial.

We will never publish your private financial information, your revenue or your accounts without asking you separately and getting that in writing. If you want us to stop using a particular piece, email us and we will stop using it going forward. If you would rather not be a case study at all, tell us before you enroll and we will quote you the list price instead.

7. Your access, and how to behave in the community

Your place is personal to you. Do not share your login, your recordings or your community access with anyone else, including colleagues and business partners. If you want a second person from your business in the room, buy a second place.

In the community: no harassment, no abuse, no spamming other members with your own offers, and no sharing another member's business or personal information outside the group. We can remove anyone who breaks this. For a serious or repeated breach we can end your access without a refund.

8. Materials and intellectual property

The recordings, prompts, skills, templates, slides and workbooks belong to us or are licensed to us. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in your own business, for as long as you like, including after the cohort ends.

You may not resell them, republish them, share them, upload them to another platform or AI tool for redistribution, or use them to build a competing course or training product. What you create with them is yours: your sales page, your offer, your copy, your systems. Use those commercially however you want.

9. Third-party tools

The program teaches tools built by other companies, including Claude, Stripe and Zoom. They are not ours. Their pricing, features and terms are set by them and can change without notice. You need your own accounts and you must follow their terms. If a tool changes or disappears mid-cohort, we teach the closest working equivalent.

10. What we do not promise

This is education, not advice, and not a guarantee of income. Please read our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost opportunity, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by this section.

12. Things outside our control

If something genuinely outside our control stops a session going ahead, such as illness or a platform outage, we may move it. We will tell you as soon as we know and you will get the session, either rescheduled or as a recording.

13. Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version you agreed to at checkout is the one that applies to your purchase.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living somewhere else, you keep the mandatory protections of your own country and, where the law gives you that right, you can bring proceedings in your local courts.
